My sister makes this every morning for both of us as breakfast and i must say its a fire cracker, it helps with bloating when taken on an empty stomach and you have great metabolism for the rest of the day, plus the ingredients are easy to find.
RECIPE
Ingredient: lettuce, 2 ripe bananas, cucumber, fresh ginger and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Direction: put everything in the blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!!
